How to View Incomplete Payments in JotForm Sheets

If a user completed the payment and was able to completely process the transaction, this will be posted as a valid submission. However, if a user that has submitted your payment form didn't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page or the user closes the browser, this will be logged as an Incomplete Payment

In order to view the Incomplete Payments for your payment form, please do these steps:

1. Go to the MY FORMS page.

2. Click on your form and highlight it.

3. Click on the Submissions button. 



4. Click on the three dots in the Sheet and select Incomplete Payments.


5. Click on the See Details.



6. If you want to complete this incomplete payment, click on the Complete button.



7. If you are sure to want to complete this submission, click on the OK.



NOTE: Completing a submission will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission. Thus, it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be sent.

8. If you want to delete the incomplete payment, click on the Delete button.



9. If you are sure to want to delete this incomplete payment, click on the Delete button.
