How to Use Admin Page of an Enterprise Account

Once you have joined our Enterprise Family, you get an option to administrate JotForm on your dedicated server yourself. However, some restrictions are still applied. 

So, to get to Admin Tools of your server, please select Admin in your account: 

Once there, you will see User Settings page first. To learn more about adding new users to your Enterprise server, please review our guide here:  How to Create/Edit a User.

To review and update your company information on server, please go to Account Settings tab:

At this page you can upload new Company Logo or change Company Name as to your preferences. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is an option to change Domain Address of your server. We request you not to update this setting. If you would like to change Domain Address, please request this update from your direct support person via email. Once our team will update domain settings on back-end, you will be able to proceed with changing Domain Address on Admin page of your account.
