Complimentary Plaque - Administration Fee
For projects that have completed BEAM Plus final assessment and obtained a BEAM Plus certificate (i.e. at Bronze or above / Satisfactory or above / other rating such as theme certificate and green label for existing schools, etc.). The above does not apply to neighbourhood and BI-residential projects.

Free certification plaque is NOT available for projects registered under BEAM Plus EB Volume Certification, i.e. they may obtain the plaques at a cost (refer to below)

Terms and Conditions
1. Project owners can only order the plaque corresponding to the final assessment (FA) rating of the project.
2. Order confirmation takes approximately 14 working days to proceed.
3. Upon confirmation of the order, HKGBC shall proceed to arrange the production of the plaque. The production lead time is around 90 days. The HKGBC Secretariat will advise the delivery date to the applicant after confirmation of the order.
4. As a condition to the use of the plaque, the applicant shall comply with the BEAM Plus Marketing Kit and Style Guide. Plaques can only be displayed in the certified building or space.
5. HKGBC may decline the application if the Applicant is unable to provide adequate and requested information.
6. Project owners can order plaques even though their FA cerificates have expired.
7. Project owners need to arrange staff for the pick-up of certication plaque at our office. Address: Rm 101A, 1/F, Jockey Club Environmental Building, 77 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.
