Customer behavior has changed since the start of the global health crisis as consumers are looking for ways to navigate the friction points in digital experiences and transactions with ease and security, while also seeking human interaction more than ever. This study, conducted by HMG Strategy on behalf of Okta, is aimed at determining the level of engagement between companies with their customers and business partners, along with the factors that are impacting customer and business partner engagement and satisfaction going forward. This study will also examine how decision-makers need to anticipate and respond quickly to changes in customer behavior and customer engagement as regional economies begin to open up.
