Apa saja batasannya?
One-year commission: A one-year commission means that you will receive a monthly commission payout for the first year of each customer’s* Jotform subscription. Once the customer’s payment for a particular month has been processed, you will receive your commission on the first business day of the last week of the month, once the payout period is completed. You will receive your commission as long as no refunds are processed for the customer’s subscription.

How do I receive payment?
To get your commissions, your clients must
1. Visit the Jotform website for the first time
2. Create a Jotform account for the first time
3. Upgrade to a paid plan within 60 days of signing up
Most importantly, you must use your tracking link to initiate this process. You’ll receive your first commission 60 days after your clients pay their plan fees.

How long does it take for clicks to start registering on the dashboard?
The clients you onboard aren’t immediately reflected on your dashboard. It takes 24 hours for our system to refresh.

Can I see the usernames of my clients who have signed up or paid for a plan?
Due to our terms and conditions, we can’t share the information of Jotform users. But please feel free to get in touch with us at affiliates@jotform.com if you face any related issues so that we can solve them.

How do I access my dashboard?
Please follow the steps below:
1) Open an incognito window on your browser (to clear the cache).
2) Log into your Jotform account with the username and email address associated with your affiliate account.
3) After you are logged in, open a new tab on your browser and visit https://www.jotform.com/partnership/affiliate/. Click on the Dashboard button to access your dashboard.

Can I create custom affiliate links?
You can create customized links that redirect to specific Jotform pages from the Links section of your dashboard.

It takes up to one business day for our team to get back to you. If it has been more than 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

What are the Confirmed and Pending payments on my dashboard?
We have a 60-day rule for commission payments. In other words, the client you’ve brought to us needs to complete 60 days as a paid client before you become eligible to earn commissions from that sale/lead. In our system, Pending means that the user you brought in still hasn’t completed the 60-day payout period, and Confirmed means that the user has completed 60 days as a paid Jotform user and is now eligible to be counted toward your commission payments.

How can I receive commissions for the clients who paid for an annual plan?
We pay annual plan commissions in 12 installments in order to prevent any fraudulent situation, so whether your customer pays monthly or annually, you’ll receive your commission in 12 monthly installments after their payout period is complete.
