It is possible to reposition the Save button at the top part of the form -- BUT this is not recommended.

Normally, the respondent should answer a few questions/fields first before they will use the SAVE button.

If the SAVE button is on top and the respondent click/save already without answering yet some questions, there will be no save data or answers.
