By participating in the candle-making class hosted by Larema Coffee and instructed by Janie Rd. Candle Co. LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acknowledgment of Risks:
I acknowledge that candle making involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of hot wax, open flames, and fragrance oils, which may cause burns, allergic reactions, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this class.
Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Larema Coffee and Janie Rd. Candle Co. LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or as a result of participation in this class.
Assumption of Responsibility:
I accept full responsibility for my own actions, as well as any injuries or damages that may result from my participation in the class. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors.
Medical Treatment:
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receiving medical treatment deemed necessary by emergency responders and release all parties mentioned above from liability related to such treatment.
Property Damage:
I accept financial responsibility for compensation of any damages I may cause to the property, materials, or equipment during the class.
Photography/Media Release:
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes by Janie Rd. Candle Co. LLC and Larema Coffee, unless I notify the company in writing prior to the event.
Acknowledgment and Agreement:
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I agree to these terms voluntarily and understand that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, and assigns.
