This is an estate sale contract to sell the contents and personal property of the deceased person's estate located at the address listed below. The undersigned CLIENT understand and agree to the following:

1. All advertising and marketing of the estate items will be the responsibility of the Client in the amount of:

2. All items will be priced according to its value, taking into consideration, the area and what the present market will bear for a quick sell.

3. Estate Sale Company is not responsible for unsuccessful sales of any items
whose pricing was determined or influenced by the Client.

4. Estate Sale Company will not be responsible for any breakage or damage
although all reasonable care will be exercised.

5. Estate Sale Company will provide an itemized list (estate sale summary) of
items sold for over $1,000 with the selling price, gross sales, fees and net proceeds payable to Seller and Client.

6. The amount payable to the Client can be cash or business check, depending on the wishes of the Client within one (1) day of the sale.
