    Kul Wheels operates on a first come first serve basis for all repair work unless priority scheduling is noted. Most work can be completed in 5-7 business days. You will be contacted via email regarding any estimates and when your bike is ready for pick up. A phone call will additionally be made for pick ups.

    Payment is due at time of pick-up except for diagnotic fee which is due at drop off.

    Special order parts must be paid for in full before order is placed.

    Bikes must be picked up within 7 days of service completion or will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee. Any bike that is left for more than 30 days after repair completion is considered abandoned and becomes the property of Kul Wheels and will be donated or sold to cover the cost of repairs/parts.

    Service staff reserves the right to refuse service on any bicycle at their discretion.

    Electronic repair and service on electric bicycles typically requires shipping to the manufacturer.

    We can not guarantee service on electric bike brands that we don't have a dealer or showroom relationship with.

    Bikes requiring service that takes more than 15 minutes, must be dropped off. Customers cannot wait in the shop for any service taking longer than 15 minutes.

    When picking up a serviced bike, customer must fully check out and ride bike and sign form stating that work is satisfactory. 

    Tipping is never expected, but it is always appreciated!
