Release: I release and forever discharge Legworks Dance Studio and its sucessors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the service provided. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Legworks Dance Studio from any liability or claim that I may have against Legworks Dance Studio with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from services provided by Legworks Dance Studio or during services provided.
