General Photography Conditions
1. By clicking the ‘I agree’ box within this form, I am agreeing to the terms and conidtions set by Life Stories Photography.
2. Whilst Life Stories Photography endeavours to ensure that information on this site is correct, no warranty, express or implied, is given to its accuracy and we do not except any liability for any errors or omissions.
Portrait Photography Conditions
1. The photo shoot will take place at the time and location/s agreed at the time of booking and which is specified in the booking form.
2. The client wishes to cancel or change the booking then Life Stories Photography must be notified 24 hours ahead.
3. If less than 24 hours is given then a right to charge up to 100% of the full shoot price for the missed appointment.
4. If the photographer arrives at the house or location and the client is not there to receive them and has not specified ahead of time then Life Stories Photography has the right to invoice the client for the full shoot price. If the client wishes to book another appointment then a further shoot fee will then be incurred.
5. If the child/family is ill on the day then Life Stories photography should be notified immediately and a re-shoot may be scheduled.
6. All images taken by Life Stories Photography may be used for any form of lawful promotion.
7. Payment for portrait photography services must be paid within 7 days of the gallery delivery.
8. I understand that I share copyright of the digital files with Life Stories photography upon the receipt of the digital files.
9. Gift Vouchers are not tranferrable for cash.
10. Your images will be presented to you via a password protected online gallery within 4 weeks of you session. Your gallery will remain online for 3 days for you to finalise your chosen collection.
11. Your session fee cover the time and talent of the photographer only and secures your sesson date and current prices.
12. Please only bring the people being photographed to the session unless permission is given by the photographer. Use of your own camera and/or recording device is not permitted during our session.
13. You will be presented with no fewer than 30 images in your online gallery (unless you session is a mini session), although many images will be recorded only those deemed of Life Stories high quality standard will be included.
Model Release
I hereby give Life Stories photography the authority and permission for unrestricted use, copyright, and publication of photographic portraits or pictures of me and or my family members (as parent or legal guardian) in which I/We may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or in form, without restriction in all forms of media including, print, online, promotion, trade or any other purpose whatsoever.
