On behalf of the camper named above, I hereby grant The Metropolitan Opera the absolute right and permission to take, record, use, edit, and reuse photographs, physical likeness, voice, name and/or biographical information of the camper and any work product submitted by the camper to The Metropolitan Opera in connection with the Met Opera Global Summer Camp (each, a “Recording”) for use in any media, worldwide, (including social media platforms), in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever. I understand that I shall have no right of approval or claim to compensation arising out of such use.
I hereby release, on behalf of myself and the camper named above, The Metropolitan Opera and its agents and employees from all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities whatsoever that the camper or I may have now or in the future in connection with any Recording or the camper’s participation in the camp.
I consent to the collection by The Metropolitan Opera or its service providers of personal information from my camper, such as the collection of their image or audio in connection with a Recording and any personal information contained in a creative contribution the camper submits. In addition, campers will be able to interact with representatives of The Metropolitan Opera and other campers through online meetings.
I understand that The Metropolitan Opera reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the program, to cancel and/or to deny participation of any individual in the Met Opera Global Summer Camp. Please review our Terms & Conditions.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Met Opera Global Summer Camp Privacy Policy, which applies to personal information that we will collect from and about the camper.
