Approval signature in PDF?

Hello. When using "approve and sign" in Approvals, is the approval signature included on the final form? Does it show up on the pdf?

In the "Approval Activity History" is there a way to only have the top approval line and remove the "Notification" lines?

Below are the only elements that can be disabled from that section.
