My payment has been cancelled by jotform

    Hi.

    My name is ilse and i have been a user for years, i think with my email info@isontwerp.nl

    This year im on a long term break from my business, but to keep it going i use my online form that people can fill out


    Now i got the message through paypal you guys have cancelled the payment


    Why is that?

    Can you help me?

    Because i will be in trouble when the forms stop working...

Upon checking the account associated info@isontwerp.nl, I noticed that your account has been removed from automatic renewal. This means, your subscriptions will last until 2022-09-08. We can retain the current subscriptions and remove the downgrade if you want to? Please let us know what action you'd like to take to your current sbscriptions.

    Thank you so much for your prompt response. Due to account privacy and security measures, you need to create a new ticket under the account you have concerns with. Please indicate that you're requesting to retain the subscriptions from automatic renewal and remove downgrade.
