Instructions to fire up the next Motivation Survey:

• Change the in the header to represent the current year and quarter;
• Unhide the instruction text starting with "This survey will use..." (Properties | Advanced | Hide Field = on);
• Hide the "Sorry, the Motivation Survey is closed" text;
• Keep this text hidden (no action needed);
• Remove the Page Break below the "Sorry" text.

To close the survey:

• Hide the instruction text starting with "This survey will use..." (Properties | Advanced | Hide Field = off);
• Unhide the "Sorry, the Motivation Survey is closed" text;
• Add a new Page Break below the "Sorry" text;
• Make sure both the Back and Next buttons are hidden (again: see under Properties | Advanced). This ensures that the rest of the survey cannot be reached.
• Test if the survey is really disabled by using Preview Form (uppper right corner)

This survey will use an existing model with the 10 most common work-related motivators. Quarterly, we invite you to prioritize and rate the 10 motivators so that we learn what motivates you and how this changes over time.

This survey will take only a few minutes to complete and is anonymous.
