- A 20% cancellation fee (total program cost) is payable if program is canceled within 3 months of the program commencement date;
- Final invoice numbers must be confirmed no later than end of business on the first day of the program;
- If we do not receive your confirmation of student numbers participating, your school will be invoiced for the number as listed on the original booking form;
- Payment is due the day before the program commences.
