    Dear prospective client,

    Please note/agree to the following TERMS of Consultation before the start of your consultation:

    1. The consultation is for a maximum of 30 minutes. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF THIS TIME IS EXCEEDED.

    2. The consultation fee is $100.

    3. The Consultation fee is non-refundable.

    4. Acceptable forms of payments are Cash, Credit Cards, and Checks.

    5. In the event that your check is returned to my Office unpaid, you will still be liable & responsible for the payment of the consultation fees & any bank charges incurred by my office for the returned check.

    6. The information discussed during the consultation is confidential and privileged.

    7. The consultation and conversation with the Attorney cannot be recorded in any digital or electronic device/format. 

    8. You are allowed to take notes for your personal use.

    9. The Attorney-Client relationship is limited to the Consultation Period.

    10. After the consultation, I am not your Attorney unless I agree to represent you and you retain my Office and sign an agreement for legal representation with my office.

    11. If my office is retained by you within 14 days of the consultation, only $100 of the consultation fee you paid will be credited towards my legal fees irrespective of how many consultations you had prior to retaining my office or the total cost of the consultation.

    12. All quoted legal fees during the consultation are valid for 14 days and subject to change thereafter.
