  , ya sea por tiempo, distancia o ambos,

  de una cámara de recompresión o centro m

  édico.

  de la cual base mis actividades de buceo

  como buceador independiente, ni ninguno

  de sus respectivos empleadores, funcion

  istradores de propiedades (en lo sucesiv

  o denominados "Partes exoneradas") podrá

  n ser considerados responsables en modo

  actividades de buceo.

• Comprendo que el buceo es una actividad

  físicamente extenuante y que realizaré u

  n gran esfuerzo durante la misma. Afirmo

  que soy físicamente apto para bucear se

  gún lo determinado por un médico. Afirmo

  que si me lesiono o muero como resultad

  o de eventos cardíacos, pánico, hiperven

  tilación, toxicidad de oxígeno, ahogamie

  or distance or both, from a recompressi

  on chamber or medical facility.

  I base my Diving Activities as an indepe

  ndent diver, nor any of their respective

  employers, officers, agents, contractor

  s or assigns, nor the dive cylinder fill

  ing station, nor any cenote owners, land

  owners, nor property managers (herein r

  eferred to as “Released Parties”) may be

  held liable or responsible in any way f

  or any personal injury, property damage,

  death, or other damages to me, my famil

  y, estate, heirs or assigns that may occ

  ur as a result of my participation in Di

  ving Activities.

• I understand that diving is a physically

  strenuous activity and that I will exer

  t myself while diving. I affirm that I a

  y a physician. I affirm that if I am inj

  ured or killed as a result of cardiac ev

  ents, panic, hyperventilation, oxygen to

  xicity, drowning or any other reason, I

  expressly assume all risks and that I wi

  ll not hold the Released Parties respons

  wish to proceed with these Diving Activ

  ities and I assume all risks.
