We received allegations that you violated the COC during the Colorado Springs Alumnae chapter's Friendsgiving event, held for chapter members and their families at a local community center. Therefore, as of Sunday, December 1, 2024, you are hereby placed under a Cease and Desist for potential violations of the following sections of our Member Code of Conduct (Rev 2021):
- 4E Influencing or attempting to influence another person to violate the Code of Conduct. Suspension for 3 Years, Fine $1500
- 4J The violation of a Cease & Desist or sanction directive. Probation for 6 Months, Fine $250; or an additional 6 Months, Fine $250 to the Sanctioned levied
- 7G Disorderly/Disruptive Conduct that disturbs the peace such as public drunkenness, loitering, harassing phone calls. Suspension for 3 Years, Fine $1500
Additional information regarding actions while on cease and desist is attached. This Cease and Desist will remain in effect until a full investigation is completed. Failure to adhere to this directive will result in sanctions.
