CAMERA REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. DISCLAIMER
1.1 Camera repair service will only perform and provide services, repairs, as requested by the customer. Will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services. Our Compromise is to provide the fastest and highest quality of service and
support.
1.2 Camera repair service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your equipment can not be repaired. Examples: Age of equipment, repair/replacement parts obsolete, unavailable or not suplied by brands.
1.3 The time required to complete the service/repair is only an estimate and may change due to external factors beyond our control such as delays in shipping time by shipping companies, waiting times for shipments of parts that we do not have in stock, additional critical faults in the equipment to the original not mentioned by the customer. Delays in payments by the customer, banks or payment applications.
1.5 You authorize the technician(s) providing the service/repair to install necessary authorized parts to perform required services/repairs.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Once the authorized repairs have been completed and the correct operation of the repaired equipment has been verified, full payment must be made (Service, replacement parts, shipments, etc.). Once we have confirmed that the payment has been applied correctly, we will proceed to ship your equipment.
2.2 Some expensive replacement parts that we do not have in stock such as Image Sensors, Mainboards, Crystal Groups Elements, etc.
If they are required for the repair of your equipment, it will be necessary to pay them before being able to place the purchase and shipment order. In any case, we will notify you if you are required for your authorization.
2.3 Once the services and repairs have been completed, the customer has a period of 30 days to make full payment and collect or request the shipment of their equipment, otherwise we may declare it as unclaimed equipment and we will be able to dispose of it for any purpose. (Except if you have requested or made any payment arrangements with us)
3. BILLING CONDITIONS
3.1 Camera services/repairs must be paid in accordance with the established payment terms. (See 2.1 )
3.2 The pre-estimate of the cost of the service/repair before receiving the equipment to be diagnosed is not guaranteed and may change until diagnoses and the final total cost be informed.
3.3 Diagnoses and total final cost are guaranteed without changes, some exceptions in cases of an unforeseen deviation, beyond the amount estimated above, every effort will be made to contact you to inform you of the situation and define possible responsibilities and solutions that require authorization to continue or stop at the estimated limit.
3.4 In case that the customer is unable to contact us for reasons beyond our control, work will be stopped until contact is established again. Once contact has been resumed, your decision to continue or stop will be respected except if previously authorized services/repairs have already begun or been completed. Otherwise, if the customer has no contact for more than 30 days, we will be able to completely dispose of the unclaimed equipment.
4. LIABILITY
4.1 With more than 10 years of experience in professional repair services of photographic and video equipment, national and international (Mexico - USA) Our customer services is provided as an alternative to the official technical service of the official brands, in an effort to offer better customer service, and more efficient repair services in terms of costs, quality and response times for your equipment for which you request such service(s)
4.2 Your system will not be intentionally damaged. The primary instruction is to fix your equipment, not damage it.
4.3 In case of accidental damage to your equipment caused by already existing problems in your equipment such as water damage, impact damage, broken or defective parts you agree to hold the repair cost of them.
4.4 In case of accidental damage to your equipment caused by our technicians or any member of our workteam, we assume full responsibility and fully cover the costs for repairing such damage and replacing your equipment if necessary.
5. SUPPORT
5.1 Customer satisfaction is our most important warranty.
5.2 All services will be performed with most professional, reasonable and efficient process in compliance with the agreed terms. Also, taking into account the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.
5.3 Free professional support will be provided during the time of the service for problems that need to be resolved from the service order, we will also provide answers to some of the technical questions about equipment functionality, faults, replacement parts, repair processes and warranties of our services.
6. REPAIR SERVICE WARRANTY
6.1 All our services and repairs are guaranteed for 90 days where we undertake to guarantee the correct operation of the equipment in terms of the solved fault and replaced parts for which the service was requested.
6.2 We will resolve any faults that are covered by our warranty and pay the full costs including shipping charges and parts costs required to carry out the warranty process.
6.3 The warranty will be void in the following cases:
- Damage from falls or impacts
- Damage caused by partial or total exposure to water or other corrosive liquids.
- Damage caused by total or partial exposure to climatic or biological agents that the equipment is not designed to operate.
- Damage caused by exposure to harmful external electronic agents (Lasers, extreme magnetism, others.)
- Damage caused by accessories in poor condition or incompatible accessories.
- Unauthorized repairs or disassembly of equipment by the customer or other technical service provider.
