The following are the terms and conditions during the effectivity of the mandatory social and physical distaning of the government, we shall put into effect this Employee Remote Work Policy. The terms and conditions provided herein shall remain in effect until due notice.

Who are eligible
An employee whose work can be effectuated anywhere provided that his or her device hardware and software requirements are met may be eligible for working remotely. Provided that the employee may be able to provide proper output and with permission given by the company.
Employees who are required to be on-site may be eligible for remote working on a case to case basis, and by which the employee must apply for a request.
During the effectivity of remote working, employees must adhere to the existing company policies provided in the handbook, except to the policies that may apply in the office only. Company policies regarding sick leaves, vacation leaves, and the code of conduct, including the process of disciplinary action shall continue to be in effect.
Remote Work Responsibilities
During the effectivity of this remote work policy, employees must follow the work schedules assigned to them as much as possible, although a bit of flexibility is extended to employees. The standard of output and deadlines must be complied with at all times. A daily or weekly report might be required to be submitted by the employee.
The performance metrics used in the office will be applied for remote working. Our developers have made tools that will be available to every remote-based employee to use, including for purposes of communicating with co-workers, tracking, and accessing resources.
Employees must consider safety in selecting their work location. Any incident that may arise such as theft of the company property loaned to the employee shall be covered by insurance.
During work hours, employees must be online and accessible. Any correspondence must be answered as soon as possible. Managers must schedule a meeting once every week to keep in touch with their staff.
Insurance and Benefits
Whether the employee works remotely or on-site, the full company benefits and other worker's compensation shall be afforded to him/her, including insurance.
Equipment owned by the company and on loan to the employee is covered by insurance, but it shall be the responsibility of the employee to maintain and secure the company equipment at all times.
Privacy and Security
Data security and privacy are of utmost concern. Security to privacy online has been set and measures have been put in place. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to secure the data and company information at all times. It is likewise the responsibility of the employee to report immediately any incident of breach to his or her manager and/or the information technology officer.
Employees shall be required to log in and access the Virtual Private Network (VPN) of the company for the security of all communications during company-related activities, especially during work hours. The use of the VPN shall exclusively be used for company activities only. Should the employee need to access the internet for personal activities, he or she must use his or her personal internet access.
There will be no change to compensation of the employee should the employee work from home. Any performance metrics as to commissions shall remain in full effect.
The company shall reimburse the employee for internet net electricity costs provided that the employee complies with reimbursement request procedures.
