By confirming your booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Important Notice:
Lush&Co requires a 75% upfront payment of the total service cost before the event date.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the setup is completed. If the balance is not received within 1 hour of the setup, Lush&Co will begin to tear down the setup. Please note, there will be no refund of the deposit if the balance is not paid within the stated time frame. This policy is in place due to the additional logistics and manpower required for extra trips.
Cancellation Policy
Lush&Co is not responsible for any event cancellations due to weather conditions or other external factors. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation, regardless of whether the setup is completed or not. The remaining balance is due immediately unless waived by Lush&Co management on a goodwill basis.
Tablecloth Damage Charges
A $30 charge will be applied for any damage to the tablecloths. The Client is advised not to move any wax or hot equipment once it has been lit or while it is still hot, in order to avoid damage or injury.
Liability Disclaimer
Lush&Co is not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from hot wax or equipment during the event. The Client assumes full responsibility for the safety of all individuals in the vicinity of the setup.
Payment for Damages
The Client agrees to pay for any damages incurred during the event, including damage to the tablecloths or other items provided by Lush&Co, immediately upon notification of the damage.
Cancellation of Equipments
All equipments booked will be brought over to event location. Should there be any cancellation of any equipments upon setup, e.g not using the table etc, there is no waiver off charges.
Agreement Acceptance
By completing and submitting the information above, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
