Dear Parent or Guardian,
We are planning to take students on a field trip to the X Zoo on 12/12/2023 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This will be a fun and educational experience for the students as they will have the opportunity to observe various animal species and learn about their habitats, behaviors, and adaptations.
In order for your child to participate in this field trip, we require your consent and acknowledgment of the following:
The students will travel to and from the zoo by Bus. The estimated travel time is 2 Hours.
The students will need to bring a packed lunch and snacks, as well as water bottles, sunscreen, and hats/caps. Please label all items with your child's name.
The students are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of the chaperones and zoo staff. Any misbehavior or violation of safety rules may result in disciplinary action or exclusion from future field trips.
The students will be provided with a worksheet or activity booklet to complete during the field trip. This will help them focus on specific animals or exhibits and enhance their learning experience.
The students will have the opportunity to visit the zoo gift shop at the end of the field trip. However, please advise your child not to bring excessive cash or valuables, and to seek permission from the chaperones before making any purchases.
Please sign and return this permission slip by 11/11/2023, along with the required field trip fee of $15. The fee covers the cost of admission, transportation, and any other related expenses. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
