During the enrollment process, you will need following documents to be uploaded.
1.       Photograph of the child.
2.       Child's Birth Certificate (Photo).
3.       Residence verification documents (Utility Bill - electricity, water, telephone) (Photo).
4.       Child's Baby Book / Immunization Records (Photo).
5.       NIC of Mother (Photo).
6.       NIC of Father (Photo).

පාසල් නීති සහ රෙගුලාසි සහ පාසල් ගාස්තු සහ ගාස්තු පරීක්ෂා කිරීමට කරුණාකර පහත ක්ලික් කරන්න.
ප්‍රවේශය සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමට පෙර ඉතා ප්‍රවේශමෙන් කියවා, තේරුම් ගෙන එකඟ වන්න.
ඔබ එකඟ නම්, ඔබට ඇතුළත් වීමේ පෝරමය සම්පූර්ණ කළ හැකිය.
ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලියේදී, උඩුගත කිරීම සඳහා ඔබට පහත ලේඛන අවශ්‍ය වේ.

2. දරුවාගේ උප්පැන්න සහතිකය (ඡායාරූපය).
3. පදිංචිය තහවුරු කිරීමේ ලියකියවිලි (උපයෝගිතා බිල්පත - විදුලිය, ජලය, දුරකථන) (ඡායාරූපය).
4. දරුවාගේ ළදරු පොත / ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණ වාර්තා (ඡායාරූපය).
5. මවගේ හැඳුනුම්පත (ඡායාරූපය).
