    • Ensure that all planned work activities remain outside the minimum approach distances specified in Energy Safe Victoria’s No Go Zones requirements.
    • If work is required within a No Go Zone, obtain the appropriate permits, authorisations, and guidance from the relevant electricity distribution company before proceeding.
    • Where potential hazards are identified, contact the electrical or telecommunications service provider to make the area safe or implement required risk‑control measures.
    • Use spotters, exclusion zones, and signage where necessary to maintain safe clearance distances.

    		Plant Safety Fault ReportsSerious InjuryAll operators have daily plant start up and Fault Reports, which are filled out via Monday.com app. Service Manager receives report instantly via Monday.com portal. All issues are dealt with promptly.

    Each crew has been trained in fire extinguisher / blanket use and spill kits and equipped with fire extinguishers and spill kits.

    Burns first aid kits is kept in crew busses.

    		Noise and Vibration Erosion & Dust Flora & FaunaNoise Nuisance for Residence, Dust Deposits
    Destroy Habitats    		Operators will review and enhance noise & vibration control measures. Crew will increase use of water spray or protect with geofab blanket. The toolbox meeting will discuss environmental issues before starting.
