    • Onboarding Form Review and Homework List
    • Go through the entire Onboarding Form and quickly verify all of the information that has been submitted for accuracy and update the form as needed. As you're going through the onboarding form, add any missing items that you're going to put on the homework list in the box below.

    • Deployment Process Overview
    • Now that your onboarding has been completed, we will get to work building your system. You will receive your "homework list", which will have any information we're still missing from onboarding. While you gather that information, we'll be building your new system.

Once the system is built, you'll have a test phone number that you can use to test it along with a flowchart that shows how we have the routing configured. You'll have to set up physical phones (if you ordered them) and get users logged into the web client (which is our softphone). Once all of the users are set up, all outbound calling will begin to be done on SCS Communications, while inbound calls will be serviced on your old system.

Once we verify everything is up and running, we will prepare whatever what's called an LOA (Letter of Authorization) that you'll need to electronically sign and return. Depending on the circumstances of your port(s), you may receive more than one document, just sign whatever we send.

We will submit the port request(s) to your carrier and they will give us a port date; we will advise you of this date as soon as we have it. Once the port date arrives, your numbers will port and all of your inbound calls will now come into your SCS Communications system.

If you're a ServiceDesk customer and need SCS integration installed, we will assist you with that items AFTER the port; it will be one of the last things we do.
