    This is your order form for meals that will be delivered on THURSDAY, February 5 between 12:30 and 1:30 pm. Your delivery driver will call you on Wednesday (2/4) to confirm that you will be home to accept the meals. Please complete this form by Friday, Jan 30 @ 5:00 pm -or- one of our volunteers will call you to take your order.

    Select the meals you would like - click the arrow to choose the quantity. Choose a total of four (4) items per person. You may choose any variation up to 4 meals (single household) or 8 meals (dual household).
