CONFIRMATION OF ORDER:
Full payment is required upon date of reservation for first-time customers.
FORCE MAJEURE:
LSBT shall not liable for failure to produce the order due to brownout, riot, strike, natural calamities and flood.
ORDER CANCELLATION & PICKUP DATE CHANGE POLICY:
Cut-Off Time For Requests: All requests must be submitted during the following hours:
Monday-Saturday: 7 AM to 3 PM
Requests received after the cut-off time will be treated as next-day transaction.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Less than 7 (Seven) Days Before Pickup Date: Cancellations are non-refundable.
7 (Seven) Days or More Before Pickup Date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the payment made.
CHANGE IN PICKUP DATE:
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least seven (7) days before the original pick-up date. Re-scheduling requests received after this period will not be accepted.
LSBT reserves the right to cancel or retain the product and may charge a production and damage fee if applicable.
DISPOSAL OF UNCLAIMED ORDERS:
Orders that remain unclaimed 3 days after the scheduled pick-up date, without prior notice of a change in the pick-up date, will be disposed of at the store's discretion.
FOOD SAFETY:
Any non-food or non-food grade items provided by the customer as additional cake decorations are included upon the customer's request and discreation. For stability, these other decorations may also be attached to sticks using non-edible adhisives, as needed. These non -edible decorations or materials must be removed before serving. The management cannot be held responsible for any claims arising from any food safety concerns or contamination brought by these non-edible decorations or materials.
STRUCTURAL SUPPORT FOR TIERED CAKES:
To maintain stability, we use styropor layers for our fondant tiered cakes. These are used for weight support and are placed intentionally for safety and presentation purposes only.
