  • To ensure efficient workload management and meet deadlines effectively, our policy will allow a maximum of three rounds of edits for each job request. This limitation enables us to handle our workload more effectively.

      Latitude and longitude coordinates are required to map sites accurately:

      • One site: Please provide the lat/long within the request
      • Multiple sites: Please provide a spreadsheet or list with lat/longs for each location, along with any additional helpful information (OM, flyer, etc.) so we have everything we need.

    • With our new mapping software, tenant aerials will need to be scaled down. We are happy to edit or adjust existing tenant aerials. For completely new maps, we will be limiting logos to 50 per map. We suggest checking out the Tenant Aerial Site for existing maps.

    • We currently only have industrial tenant info for specific areas along the Wasatch Front. For other areas, please provide a spreadsheet with tenant name and latitude, longitude.

    • New Interactive Maps 
    • Interactive Maps tend to be more labor intensive than print maps. Once submitted, a member of the mapping team will reach out to discuss your interactive map needs and set an appropriate turnaround time.

    • Interactive Web Map are map focused web pages. They can be used to show various layers. Please describe your Web Map needs. The Map App is an example of an interactive Web Map.

    • StoryMaps are vertically scrolling interactive pages. They can contain images, interactive maps, detailed written information, and much more.

    • Dashboards are data focused web pages. The include tables, graphs, and interactive maps. Filters can be applied to alter the map appearance or graphs. We only suggest dashboards for data heavy projects.

  • Lightcast, formerly known as Emsi, breaks down the local labor market, providing maps and analytics to help your clients and their communities thrive.

    Provide location and description of what you are trying to accomplish.

  • DataVu allows us to pull businesses by SIC/NAICS codes, by business types, or keywords. DataVu gives business name, address, city, state, zip, executive name, title, employee size, annual revenue and ownership. The information can be pulled for city, county, state, address, radius around an address or metro area. This information can be used for cold calling, mailers, etc.

    Provide SIC/NAICS codes if known, or, keyword, business type, area to pull information for.

  • Retailstat compares data by segments, or comparing one shopping center to another, by using cell phone data within the center. Shows number of visitors to stores, how long within the store, other stores visited, how often returned to center, each store in the centers revenue, etc. Retailstat will also provide gap analysis for shopping centers. Only shopping centers are tracked, not anchorless centers or freestanding buildings.

    Provide names of shopping centers to compare, or a specific segment and the city it’s located in, along with what type of information you are looking to obtain.

  • Retail Lease Trac (RLT) is a national database of retail tenants including specific information about retailers including demographic data, direct contact information, lease requirements, facility requirements, population data, and traffic count data.

  • Provide the name and address of listing to be updated. Provide specific information that needs to be changed/updated; provide image if new image needs to be replaced or added to the website. **Any flyer updates need to be completed/approved by graphics who will then forward the approved flyer to research to upload to the website.

  • One month before a listing is due to expire, notification is sent out to both the agent and the researcher that added the listing to the website. The researcher will go into the listing and update the listing for another year. If the agent is no longer listing this space, please notify research. **If you receive a second notice for this listing, please check with research to make sure the listing is updated and that all information is correct.
