HDD Terms and Conditions
Mud Motor Operations & Excessive Reaming
Mud motor use and any excessive reaming required due to abnormal conditions will be reviewed at the time they occur and will be billed at a daily rate.
Water Truck
$120.00 per hour if a water source is not available within a 20 km radius.
Frac Containment Trailer
$400.00 per day.
Mud Recycler
$1,250.00 per day.
Mud Products
Billed at cost + 15%.
Hole Openers
Billed at cost + 15%.
Worn Tooling
All worn tooling will be billed at cost + 15%.
Shutdowns
Shutdowns due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather delays) will be charged at $5,000.00 per day.
Drill Legnth
The drill will be charged from the Drill to exit.
Frac Outs & Cleanup
All frac outs and related cleanup activities are the customer’s responsibility.
Mud Disposal
Customer is responsible for all mud disposal.
Drilling Attempts
Each drilling attempt will not exceed one hour before alternative options and rates are discussed.
If the decision is made not to continue with the shot, a $4,500.00 attempt fee will apply.
Hot Shot Services
Billed at cost + 15%.
Payment Terms
Net 30 days from the invoice date. Unpaid invoices will accrue interest at 12% per annum.
