    1     Needs Improvement – Performance is noticeably less than expected. The need for further development and improvement is clearly recognised and required.

    0     Unsatisfactory – Well below expectations. Employee is not performing to the requirements of the  job. Performance must improve significantly within a reasonable period of time if the individual is to remain in this role/position.
