Remuneration Confirmation 2024

Please enter all remuneration received from any company within the TransInvest Group for the year 2024. When completing the table, kindly follow these guidelines:

• Add rows by clicking the "+ Add row" button. Use several rows to report each type of remuneration separately. This includes Salary, Bonus, and Dividends.
• If you receive remuneration from different TransInvest Companies, please list them separately in this form (e.g. Salary Comany A, Salary Company B, Dividend Comany A, Bonus Comany B, ...)
• Use Gross Amounts: Report all amounts as gross (i.e., before deductions for personal income tax and social security).
• Include 2024 Earnings Only: Ensure that all entries reflect income earned in the 2024 fiscal year. For bonuses, include those based on 2024 performance, even if they will be paid in 2025.
• Use annual salary figures.
• Please fill in both 'Amount in Local Currency' and 'Amount in Euros' — unless your local currency is the Euro, in which case only the Euro amount is required.

Explanation of Table Fields

• Remuneration Type: Please indicate what type of remuneration you are reporting in this row. This includes Salary, Bonus, or Dividends.
• Based On: Indicate the agreement or document that serves as the basis for the reported amount. This could be an employment contract, a consultancy agreement, or, in the case of a bonus, an email or meeting minutes. For bonuses, please also include the date of the relevant document.
