Additional Information, Rules, and Special Requests:
*We will try to accomodate special requests, but they will not be guaranteed until we have received payment for the booth rent.
*I will comply with the No Pressure Sales Policy.
*I will provide quality products and great customer service.
*I will not sell or display products other than the ones I am registered to represent.
*I will not sub-let my booth space.
*Booths are approximately 10' x 10'
*Duplicate companies will not be allowed.
* No animals belonging to vendors will be allowed within the show boundaries unless they are fully trained service animals, No Exceptions!!
Consistant with the ADA regulations, show hosts reserves the right to inquire whether the animal is present because of a disability and what work or task the animal is trained to perform. Show host must be informed in advance of the event start date if you plan to have your service animal present. Service animals must be fully trained. Show host reserves the right to ask any handler or service animal to leave the event for aggressive or inappropriate behavior.
*Absolutely NO Disorderly Conduct or Aggressive Behavior will be tolerated! You will be escorted out and not allowed back in to retrieve your booth until after the event is over.
*Set up / Show hours: Booths are to be set up on the first day of the event, before the doors open to the public. Vendors must show everyday before the event opens to the public so you are ready for the guests to come through. Booths must be open for the entire time the event is open. There will be no early tear downs. If you do tear down before closing time on the last day, you will not be welcome back next year.
*State / Federal Regulations: You are responsible to follow all applicable State and Federal Regulations for your products.
*Insurance: Event host's insurance covers liability for customer accidents during the show. It does not cover damages to your products. If you would like to have product liability coverage it is your responsibility to apply and purchase that on your own.
*Building will be locked during non-show and non-set up times.
*I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Coordinators against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with my presence at the event or my activities of any kind.
