Local Negotiated Rate Agreement

I am excited that the {typeA} has the opportunity to be your preferred hotel. We are pleased to extend the following rate at the {typeA}.

Rate: In consideration of the anticipated annual production, approx. {estAnnual} room nights, we are pleased to extend the following guestroom rate of ${rate} per night + tax.

These rates are offered on a net, non-commissionable basis and do not include taxes.

Production: This rate is based on an estimated {estAnnual}  room nights per year. The terms of this agreement are subject to a quarterly review at which time room night production will be evaluated. We reserve the right to cancel or alter the terms of this arrangement with 30 days' written notice if volume is not up to meet the annual room night commitment.

Black Out Dates: A part of the benefits of securing a preferred corporate rate is that your company will be extended the negotiated rate throughout the year. The only exceptions are the designated blackout dates, which are dates when special city-wide events are taking place and sell out all hotels in the area. We have specified these dates below as the only time we cannot honor your preferred corporate rates.

Room Availability: The preferred rate is {lraOr} . In addition, we are unable to guarantee that the preferred rate will be offered for groups of 10 rooms or more per night. Groups are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Reservations: Booking our hotel is simple! Once the agreement has been signed both parties, the hotel will generate a reservation link that can be used when making Individual reservations.

Billing: All guestroom charges including room, tax and incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveler. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.

Please note that any reservation can be canceled without a penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival. A cancellation number should be obtained from the reservation agent for reference. In the event that a reservation is guaranteed, and the guest does not cancel nor arrive, the appropriate room & tax charges will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
