M3 Staffing – Client Accreditation, Venue Access & Code of Conduct Agreement
Purpose
M3 Staffing partners with clients who require employees to obtain accreditation, security credentials, access passes, or other forms of authorization to enter worksites and event venues. These credentials are issued strictly for work-related purposes and remain subject to the policies of M3 Staffing, our clients, and the venue or event organizers.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following conditions.
1. Work Authorization
I understand that receiving accreditation, a security pass, or any other access credential does not guarantee employment, a scheduled shift, or permission to attend any event.
I acknowledge that I am only authorized to attend a venue or event after receiving an official dispatch or written shift confirmation from M3 Staffing.
If I have not been dispatched by M3 Staffing, I understand that I am not authorized to use my accreditation or attend the venue.
2. Proper Use of Accreditation
I agree that any accreditation, credential, wristband, pass, badge, or other access device issued through M3 Staffing or its clients is to be used only for authorized work assignments.
I will not use my accreditation for personal reasons, recreational purposes, or to gain access to an event that I have not been assigned to work.

I will:
- Follow all instructions provided by M3 Staffing, the client, venue security, and event organizers.

- Consuming or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
- Watching or attending an event for personal enjoyment while using work-issued accreditation.
- Entering restricted areas without authorization.
- Misrepresenting myself as being scheduled to work.
- Sharing, transferring, lending, or allowing another person to use my accreditation.
- Any conduct that may damage the reputation of M3 Staffing or its clients.
5. Client & Venue Policies
I understand that all client, venue, security, and event policies remain in effect while I am working or using client-issued accreditation.
I acknowledge that the client or venue has the authority to deny entry, remove me from the premises, revoke my accreditation, or refuse future access if I fail to comply with their policies.
6. Consequences of Misuse
I understand that misuse of accreditation or unauthorized access is considered a serious breach of trust.
If I violate this agreement, I understand that M3 Staffing may take one or more of the following actions:
