Coverage
All labor hours for repair and replacement of parts and repair on parts not included in the Coverage Exception clause.
Coverage Exception
Repair of vehicle covered by the original vehicle manufacturers warranty, except for the following:
- Repainting
- Hydraulic Clutch Assembly Repair
- Replacement of hoses and rubber parts
- Tires
- Mags
- Electricals wires and lines (Replacement or Repair)
- Air Bag
- Shock absorbers
- Head Unit, TV, DVD, Phone, Speakers;
- Break pads and shoes
- All Vehicle Maintenance items and tune-up service parts such as spark plugs, fuel filters, oil filter, oil and other lubricants, wheel balancing and alignment
- Belts (fan, timing, etc.) replacement
- Bulbs
- Upholstery
- Breakdown or damage caused by collision, fire, flood, freezing, or those covered by the standard physical damage insurance policies
- Glass repair/replacement
- Modifications made that is not the manufacturer's original specifications
- Damages caused by overheat or negligent use of the vehicle;
- Any portion or item that is not installed by the manufacturer
Covered Vehicles
Passenger cars, SUVs, Pick-up and other light duty trucks not more than 5 years old from purchase by the first owner.
General Provisions
The buyer and dealer must confirm the satisfactory operating condition of all covered items in order for this service contract to apply.
Period
This Contract commences at the date of purchase of the vehicle and terminates as of expiration date indicated or upon reaching the odometer reading agreed by the parties.
Terms
Purchaser must notify Insurer of any breakdown prior any repair. Replacement parts can be of like kind and quality.
The Purhaser and Dealer agree that they understand and the contents of the agreement herein.
Assignment
This agreement can be transfered upon written notice to the Insurer and after inspection in any accredited service facility with a payment of a transfer fee of $100.00.
Arbitration
Any dispute or controversy arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration, and for wich the number of arbitrators or the choice of arbitrator shall be agreed upon by the parties. English shall be the language to be used. The arbitration award shall be based on the facts provided for by both parties. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon the parties in the dispute.
