EVERYTHING needed will be communicated to the Title Company through our transaction coordinator so be sufficiently detailed to make sure all essential information is communicated clearly. If there is a significant material change ie Different Buyer - Change in Type of transaction (ie switch from Assignment to Buy), etc. Please fill out a new Form and check the "update" box and explain what is changing in the "update details" box below.
