1. Please be reminded that our products are made to order and we only produce limited quantities per batch to reduce supply and fabric waste; we will only open pre order slots once our stocks on hand has finally sold out.

2. Bear in mind that with the pandemic going on, our pre orders will take us approx 1-2 weeks lead time (can be less & delivery time not yet included) to produce and quality check each piece that we will serve you; rest assured that we will update you once we’re ready to ship out your order. 
   

3. Kindly settle your payment within 2 days after placing your order to reserve your piece/s (regular order/pre orders) and send us your invoice proof.

4. We strictly implement a NO CANCELLATION of order policy once you have submitted & confirmed your order as our products are made just for you.

5. Lastly, our pieces are NON RETURNABLE & EXCHANGEABLE. To avoid this, prior to your purchase kindly dm us all of your inquiries so we can gladly answer them all for you.
