    Now, coming back to your question, it seems a dispute was filed that is why your account is suspended. Unfortunately, the only way to activate your account is by withdrawing or canceling the bank dispute. Otherwise, we will need to wait for the dispute investigation to finish, which could take weeks or months.

    You will need to contact the bank to withdraw the dispute and share a proof to us.
