Yes, you could control your inventory using JotForm. You can use one of the following widgets that will allow you to see the remaining products left:

• Gift Registry
• Quantity Gift Registry
• Inventory

You can also use the Product list field to show all your inventory and keep stock control:

Although this field is intended for purchases, you can use it for stock control as well. This way, you will have the option to be notified by email when stock is low.
