O APP Bloqueia

    Prezados,

    Foi desenvolvido dois formulários dentro da plataforma que viraram um APP com dois comentários, porém quando entro no aplicativo ele acessa 1 formulário e quando clico na opção voltar ele fica a tela branca e não retorna para a página inicial. Como resolver?

    outra coisa, alguns celulares não consegue instalar o APP, alguma orientação mais pratica para manter na tela inicial?

    Hi Amanda,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm so sorry that this is happening. I've checked and tested your form but it is working as expected. Clicking on the back button does get the user back to the home page and does not result in a blank screen. Check the screencast below:

    Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. 

    As for your other concern about how to install the App on mobile devices, you can add the App to the home screen using the modal that is showing when you open the app on mobile devices. Check the screenshot below for an example of the add-to-home screen modal.

    Or simply tap the menu icon within the phone browser (Android or iOS) and then tap "Add to Homescreen". This option will allow you to add the Form to your home screen and customize the text that appears on the icon.
