Cliente preencheu tudo e nao tem botao de enviar

É um formulario comercial. É a primeira vez que uso jotform e estou com vergonha de falar para meu cliente que gastou 1 hora preenchendo o formulario que eu nao tenho acesso as respostas.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In taking a look at your form, I'm finding that there's no submit button added to the last page of your form. I'm only finding a submit button is on page 6 of your form.

You'll want to add a submit button to the last page of your form to make it easier for your users to submit. You can do this by going to the last page and opening up your form elements and dragging a submit button to the page.
