Prefill: How to fill some fields by multiple user?

Olá!
É possível designar campos específicos para preenchimento por um colaborador especifico?
Ou, por exemplo, categorizar campos como somente leitura para colaboradores específicos?
Por exemplo: o recepcionista pega dados de informação e contato do cliente e depois outro profissional preenche os dados do pedido? (de forma que o segundo profissional consiga visualizar sem editar os dados coletados pelo recepcionista?)

In regard to your concern, it is not possible to assign fields with the collaboration feature. However, based on the scenario you have mentioned, you can check out the guide on how to pass the data automatically from one form to another form which will prefill some fields in the form.
