    Shout-Out — $15
    A short message recognizing your favorite Ranger. Maximum 200 characters, including spaces. No artwork is required for Shout-Outs.

     

    IMPORTANT: Full-page, half-page, quarter-page and business ads must be COMPLETELY DESIGNED AND PRINT-READY before submission. We recommend 300 DPI for best print quality. Accepted artwork formats: PDF, JPG/JPEG or PNG.

    The Sterling Football Booster Club does not provide graphic design services. We will place your completed artwork into the program as submitted.

  • Program Ad & Shout-Out Agreement
    By submitting this form and payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • Proceeds from program ad and shout-out sales benefit the Ross S. Sterling Football Booster Club and help support the football program, including student-athlete needs, team meals, equipment and supplies, senior activities and scholarships, program events, and other Booster Club-supported football initiatives.
    • All sales are final and non-refundable.
    • Full-page, half-page, quarter-page, and business advertisements must be completely designed and print-ready before submission. The Sterling Football Booster Club does not provide graphic design services.
    • I am responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, names, spelling, business information, photographs, logos, and shout-out messages are complete and accurate. Artwork will be published as submitted.
    • All content must be appropriate for a school athletic program. The Booster Club reserves the right to reject inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable content and may request corrected or replacement material.
    • All orders, payments, and required artwork must be received no later than August 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late or incomplete submissions are not guaranteed placement and may be excluded from the program without refund.
    • The finalized 2026 Ranger Game Day Programs are expected to be available beginning August 26, 2026, subject to final production and printing timelines.
    • By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, or other materials, I confirm that I have permission to use them and authorize the Sterling Football Booster Club to reproduce and publish them in the 2026 Ranger Game Day Program.
    • By checking the Agreement box and submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
