We require at least 2 weeks advanced notice and 10 participants to schedule a group visit. Once the form is submitted, you should receive a confirmation letter with more information within 5 - 7 business days (please check your spam folder). Receiving this letter means that your group is officially scheduled for a Garden program. Memberships do not apply to school groups. If funding is needed for your group, please submit a Scholarship Application.
We are still accepting Spring 2023 reservations for Self-Guided Visits and Story of Water in San Antonio tours. Morning guided programs are booked through May 24, 2023. We are taking Group Requests for the Self-Guided and Imaginary Worlds Guided Tours for Summer 2023 and visit requests for the 2023-2024 school year.
