    EMPOWER - RISE - REFER General Policies This organization is non-compete meaning that there can only be one person from each profession or categorization allowed in each group as a paid member. If the members company offers several different services, they much choose 1 to focus on during the weekly meetings and during the collaboration sessions. We meet once a week for 60 minutes, members are expected to join the meeting on time and stay until the meeting has ended unless an emergency or stated to a group leader. Each member can only be part of 1 group at a time to guarantee 100% focus. Attendance is a huge part of our organization especially because it is done virtually. Once committed to WIN, we expect you to show up each week either as yourself or if you cannot attend, a substitution can take your place. When a sub is sent it will NOT count as an absence. Members are not allowed more than 5 absences per every 6 months. More than 5 absences during a 6 month period could result in leaders asking you to leave without a refund. Guests invited to the call by a member may attend a meeting twice before determining if they want to join. If there are any conflicts between members and/or guests, please discuss with a group leader. If you would like to change your classification within the group, please discuss with leaders ahead of time. If you would like to transfer to another group, please discuss with leaders ahead of time. Our policies are subject to change at any time but will be discussed with all members ahead of time. The goal of being in this group is to pass as many referrals to others so you, in return receive referrals. We want everyone in this group to grow their businesses by supporting others. This is a group for women created by women. Behind the Scenes Policies To join WIN there is a $35 monthly fee, with a 6 month commitment paid in full through PayPal $210 for 6 months or $350 for the year. ( you get 2 months free ) Or $40 a month no commitment. If you join half way through the month, or even the last day of the month you are still required to pay the full $210 or $350, $40 fee. YOU CAN CANCEL ❌ YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIME. You are responsible to cancel your subscription in your PayPal account. NO REFUNDS will be made if you do not cancel. Prices are subject to an increase and will be shared with members before doing so. Fees are non refundable unless an emergency situation came up and the need to cancel was mandatory. Leaders of the group will determine this. To be part of WIN we require you to set up PayPal Subscriptions so your $210 fee can be set up as auto pay for every 6 months. You can cancel at any time if you decide WIN is no longer a fit for your business. Non compete agreement. As an active WIN member I will not start my own women's networking group nor create one within in 1 year on ending my WIN membership. WIN is not responsible for the products and/or services that are discussed by each individual member within the groups.  Each member is solely responsible for providing the products and/or services and information to potential clients.
