About the Tutor/ Trainer:
A Slash who loves sports and beauty. Maggie has accumulated 6 years of makeup experiences and admires the style of natural simplicity. She is now one of the main makeup artists in the make-up studio. Maggie is also keen to participate in different road running and trail running competitions. Last year, she has completed the tenth marathon. She even finished the Tenggeli Challenge Race last year. She is actually a girl who loves sports and beauty.
Workshop/ Training Details:
Maggie will share the appropriate make-up to the participants in an interactive way and also some makeup techniques with related products. At the same time, she will also demonstrate different hair styles and styling.

(1) THE PEAK HUNTER Trail-Road Running Academy was founded in September 2015 by a local elite trailing runner Wong Ho Chung (Chung sir) and his team. They instill correct trail knowledges and provide trail running training for sports enthusiasts. Chung sir has repeatedly joined many local and overseas trail races and also achieved many good results.

Having practiced yoga for more than 15 years, Saisai has followed many teachers from different places. She is passionate in mindful yin yoga and niguma yoga. Believing in applying yoga philosophy to everyday life, she also believes that bodily dis-eases are originated from the mind. Saisai’s work, including yoga, tuning fork therapy, magnified healing etc., focuses on helping students to find back their own true value and live a meaningful life. Loves the nature. Participated in trail and road races in HK and overseas.
We will begin the class with vinyasa flow. Integrating asana movements into breaths, body will be opened and warmed up gradually to build strength and also flexibility. Latter part of the class will enter into yin yoga practice. We will stay in each asana for 3-5 minutes to stretch the deep connective tissues, releasing any unnecessary tension through mindful practice. You will feel calm and balanced after the class. Reminders:Don’t eat too full 1-2 hours prior to class. Please arrive 10 min earlier and relax yourself. You may bring a small towel for covering the eyes when lying down.
