TYPES OF RELEASE DEFINED:
General Release: The Releasor and anyone claiming on the Releasor's behalf releases and forever discharges Steiger International and its affiliates, in their individual and/or corporate capacities, from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which Releasor has or ever had or may in the future have.
Mutual Release: Both parties mutually release and forever discharge the other party including the other party’s affiliates. This release shall not be in any way construed as an admission by either party that it has acted wrongfully with respect to any party or person, that it admits liability or responsibility at any time for any purpose, or that either party has any rights whatsoever against the other party.
Damage or Theft of Property: The Releasor and anyone claiming on the Releasor's behalf releases and forever discharges Steiger International and its affiliates, in their individual and/or corporate capacities, from any and all claims of the Releasor's personal property being damaged or stolen. Steiger International will not assume responsibility for items lost either. The Releasor assumes all responsibility for personal property.
Personal Injury: Releasor and anyone claiming on Releasor's behalf releases and forever discharges Steiger International and its affiliates, in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all causes of action known or unknown, which Releasor has, had, or may in the future have arising out of or relating to injuries (physical, emotional or psychological) sustained.
Event or Activity: The Releasor and anyone claiming on the Releasor's behalf releases and forever discharges Steiger International and its affiliates, in their individual and/or corporate capacities, from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to any injury, loss, or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation. The Releasor understands that participation involves inherent risks, including risk of physical, emotional, or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis and/or death, and assumes all related risks and voluntarily participates in the activity.
