Position: Graphic Designer - Full Time

Exciting opportunity within the sign industry. We are looking for a creative graphic designer who is interested in the sign industry and comfortable working across many different types of media—print, digital, etc. This person will be responsible for creating renderings for customer approval, preparing files for permitting and manufacture.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and deliver creative graphic designs and ideas for a diverse client-base while working under quick turnaround times. Projects may include: signs, vehicle wraps, photo retouching, logos and more.
• Delivers high-quality graphics for various projects.
• Coordinate with sales representatives with new projects.
• Plays an active role working on projects from ideation to completion.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Cloud 2018 (Photoshop, Illustrator). Vector based software is a must and working on a MAC and PC platform. Flexi signs is a plus.
• Sound understanding of technical design aspects including file formats, resolution for specific mediums and Pantone.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional eye for detail and a very strong work ethic.
• Bilingual English-Spanish.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3-years of graphic design experience
• College degree preferred

Commercial SIGN INSTALLERS needed in El Paso, TX for Superior Sign & Lighting Superior is seeking Field Services Technician and installers to fill our installation and service team. Preferred candidate will have 3 years of demonstrated experience in surveying, removing, installing and servicing various sign projects. Commercial Drivers License, Journeyman and Welding abilities all a plus.

The environment for this position is primarily in the field but will involve some in-shop prep work. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them. Under general direction from the Manager, this is a physically demanding position requiring hands on abilities and use of tools & equipment to complete the required field service assignments.

The work includes both interior and exterior work during all seasons and weather conditions all around all of Texas. Occasional travel may be required. The best matched candidate would have 3+ years of sign industry experience.
