  • What is Jotform’s Student Survey Program?

    With Jotform’s Student Survey Program, students can collect unlimited survey responses through their online survey forms, gathering all the information they need to complete their projects — without breaking the bank. Approved students will be able to receive unlimited submissions for survey forms only. Submissions to other types of forms — like payment forms, application forms, and more — will be limited to what your current Jotform plan offers.

  • Who is this for?

    Our student survey program is available to any student with a valid student ID and .edu, .ac, .uv.es, or .k12 email address who is currently enrolled in a school, college, or university. No matter what subject you’re studying or what you’re using your surveys for, you’ll be able to collect as many survey submissions as you like.

  • How do I apply?

    Fill out the online application form to apply for the program. You’ll need to include your name, email address, school name, and a copy of your student ID. We’ll manually review each application as quickly as possible and respond with instructions on how to proceed.

  • Can I apply to this program if I already have a paid account?

    Yes! If you’re a student on a paid Jotform account, and you’re currently using survey forms, you can apply to receive unlimited submissions through survey forms.

  • How long is this program valid?

    Once you’ve been accepted into the Student Survey Program, you will remain a member for one full year. Should your student enrollment status change during that year, you may be removed from the program.
